pity you not ask us before you buy a very expensive heater unit and therms mate all you need to do is clean the float chamber

float switch at rear of the dryer is stuck,must be a hotpoint or creda very common fault,its under a grey unit at rear of the machine down the bottom right hand side looking at it from the back
