Mend Accenta 8SP400 Mini G3 Bell Alarm

bell box change?

I have a accenta 8sp 400 mini g3 alarm and have changed the bell box , the old box has 6 terminals strobe +/- tamper +/- and a bell+/-
on tne new box i have , st- r- s/w- v+ v- . As you can see old has 6 wires, the new box has 5 can anyone help thanks.

What actually is the problem?

Isn't the panel firing the sounder?

Thanks for that i think that the control unit has had it this guy has been in and shorted a few thing out, and then asked if i could sort it. Cheers.

At a glance but not 100% sure as you give no make of sounder.

Panel ....... Sounder :

Strobe - to ST-

T to R-

B to S/W-

D to V+

A to V-

Always wire the sounder first then finish at the control panel.
