Mend 6006E Mondeo CD Player Eject

1999 ford mondeo estate 6006e?

Hi my partner loaded a cd into my player and now wont work. I managed to eject 3 discs from the unit but discs 2 4 5 wont read or eject. I have tried holding the power and eject buttons down to eject all however it doesn't work and always says error 3.

Please help me
