dymplex electric fire?

i have dymplex stockbridge skg20bl electric fire that works,but the bulbs are not working although there is electric going to the bulb, ive fitted new bulbs but still no joy

Are you sure there's power going to the lamps? a lot of Dimplex products have a live going to the lamps/elements,
the neutral is controlled through the PCB for dimming or control.If a lamp blew prior to it not working then it is likely that the PCB is faulty
