how to fix a faulty fuel injector for renault grand sceniv?

Hi Everyone

My scenic sounds like the exhaust is blowing from the manifold but I have ben told its number 1 fuel injector, it sounds bad but drives ok, no real difference, anyone got any suggestions how to find out if its number 1 injector and if so is this a big/costly job

If it is common rail then the only safe way to close down injectors is by a computer,never disconnect electrical connections or damage can be done,injectors can cost hundreds of pounds.
