Mend Renault Scenic Week Car

renault scenic 2005 . replaced instrument panel last week , 2 days later he?

I bought this car in August 2011 and had nothing but trouble! the latest being the instrument panel failing . I had it replaced by a renault dealer and 2 days later my heater/fan has stopped. Apart from being incredibly fed up with my " faulty " car are the two things related ?
