I have replaced the thermostat assembly and the port assembly - but show is?

I have replaced the thermostat assembly and the port assembly - but show is only running cold. Have I aligned something wrong?

I take it you are talking about a mixer shower,you will need to adjust the temperature by taking the dial off and turning the temperature up inside
