Miele W698 Won't Open?

My Miele W698 won't open at the end of its cycle. I have tried running it through various different spin cycles. It only has a small washload in. How do I open it?

Miele Miele W698 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Washing Machine Door Miele

Could be a fault with the door lock, or the water not all drained out, or no supply from the pcb to the door solenoid. If you look in the filter flap you will see an emergency pull ring that will manually open the door when you pull it. Cheers
