Mend Hygena Turbo Delux Fan Clock Oven

Turbo Delux by Hygena Fan Assisted. Set the clock? ?

I want to set the clock to automatically switch the oven on when I am out of the house. The oven has two knobs to manually set the clock and the timer but I can't get it to work. I do not have a manual so I am stuck and want to go to the pub Christmas Day and start the dinner while I am out!! Please Help
