Can I stop the "auto off"?

Hi,

I have a Tefal Pro Express Turbo Steam Generator.

It's absolutely great, but the only thing that REALLY annoys me is that it automatically switches itself off after 8 minutes of inactivity. This is fine when I'm using it to do my ironing, but when I'm using it when I'm sewing I often leave it for more than 8 minutes, then when I go to use it again I have to wait for 2 minutes for it to heat up!

Is there a way to disable the "auto off", and if so how do I do it?
