Hi Robert. Press the PP button 3 times then go into menu and deactivate the lock. This will prevent it happening again.

This has saved my life, i've just bought one of these on ebay with no manual, and whilst playing around with the menu turned it on accidently, thank you so much for having the answer for me :)

Press PP three times & channels will be back. Remember to disable or reset child lock in functions when tv powers up or you will get the same problem.

when you swich on. once the screen shows the "key ---" in top left press pp (green) three times.
then go to menu and deactivate te lock
