Mend Vauxhall Zafira Power Checked Fuses

no power steering on a vauxhall zafira?

my car has lost all power steering, checked fuses under the bonnet and the voltage coming from the battery is fine 14.4v,
but don't know what to do next.

greatful if anyone can help,,
