Mend Candy CN120 Washing Machine Motor Drain

Candy washer (CN120) won't spin. (Brushes seem OK)?

We have a 3 year old Candy CN120 which washes rinses & drains but does not spin.
I have removed the motor to inspect the carbon brushes which seem OK.
Suggestions appreciated -thanks.
