I need to take out and clean the filter on my zanussi zwf1000m but can't get the filter out. We have followed instructions in the user manual and have removed the cover and unscrewed the top but we cannot turn the pump cover to get it out. Are we missing a tool to help unscrew the filter?
unscrew anticlock and pull HOWEVER if you have left it for ages and not cleaned the filter regular as suggested in the manual you may find they get stuck in and you have to pries them out which can end up with you breaking it and having to replace it.You should check filter monthly
