Mend Worcester Bosch 42CDi Boiler Fires

Worcester Bosch 42CDi Making Loud Noises?

When my boiler fires up it makes a loud "motorbike" type noise, which rattles the casing and vibrates throughout the house. This tends to last 5-10 seconds and doesn't seem to affect the heating and water.
We've checked the pressure and there are no error messages.
Anyone else had this problem?
