Mend Yamaha Aerox Spark Plug Fuel

Yamaha aerox won't start help?

My aerox won't start I have changed the spark plug and the fuel put new piston rings on and still it won't start it just seems to backfire? Really need help here?
It started a week or so a go then I left it as I was busy! Went to sell it then that happen!
Anyone please help
