My Miele WT2670 works perfectly in washing mode but as soon as it goes onto dry the fan and heater work and it turns over but after about four or five minutes it goes into cool down mode if I open the door the clothes are hot and steaming...can anyone tell me what is going wrong...thanks
I have done a service mode check and the fault history shows an F20 fault which I understand to be a heater fault?...is this correct...if so im confused as the dryer gets very hot and I would have thought the heater was working well?

Check the water valve for the condenser, sounds like no condense water present.

where would I look for the blockages?...in the condenser?
