Mend Beko 361E Left Hob Fault

How can I fix front two rings on 361E?

The left and right front rings on the hob of our 361e have no adjustment. They are either off or fully on.
How can I rectify this fault please?

Don't recognize 361E but most hobs no heat control is the energy regulator (switch) faulty. Unless it's a touch control then it's the pcb. Cheers
