Mend Citroen C5 Car Fob Start Ignition

alarm on my c5 goes off?

my car will lock with fob but wont open it so when i open it with a key alarm goes off and car wont start as immob is on i think .... it used to go off when i put key in ignition and car started bur now it wont .... is it just a new key fob battery i need
