Mend Set Probe Temperature

How can i set the probe temperature?

I am trying to do what is said to do here; set the probe temperature to 150 and bake oven at 400 but I can't seem to enter in the probe temp. The number one is not working when i try to enter in 150. Don't know what I am doing wrong. Please help!!
