Mend Glow-worm 18hxi Gas Valve Pcb Heating

f1 fault on glow worm 18hxi?

i have an f1 fault on my glow worm 18hxi and so far i have replaced the gas valve the pcb and the burner seal kit . the condensate trap is clear and so is the flue. i am just about ready to hit the mofoing thing off the wall. can anyone help please .

i'll give that a try and see hoe we get on there is a good spark there tho so i won't hold my breath. thanks for the advice.

try cleaning the spark electrode. especially the flame sensing one with sand paper or replace it as it may not be pick up the flame. also check the pressure of gas at the boiler.
