Where do I find the safety thermostat on my smeg oven? ?

Through a process if elimination I now know its the safety thermostat causing my smeg oven to trip out. I have baught a new one but cant find where it's located to replace it. My smeg is an A42.

it will be externally mounted.not where you put food in.fan in back of oven cavity isn't the cooling fan.there is possibly another one

I have already replaced the main oven thermostat. I'm wanting to know is it likely to be the cut out oven thermostat and if so where is this located

When you say cavity, do you mean on the inside where yoj would put the food? Yeah the cooling fan is fine

usually on the back or top of the main oven cavity.does this cooker have a cooling fan?.Does it work as this can cause oven to cutout for safety.also check the stats that switch the cooling fan on
