I have just brought it .it was standing for about two mouths it has high revs and oil pressures is good .but no power when driving it ??

have you checked filters?also check intercooler hoses for splits/leaks and would remove inlet hose to turbo and check for play in impeller and make sure it is spinning/not seized.A code reader may be worth a go also.
