Mend Washing Machine Cycles Spin

machine is bypassing wash programes ?

Affter useing the dryer for the first time for a long time, the machine will not wash now, it fills up partly with water starts off then it jumps past the wash, rinse, and spin cycles but then emptys itself, then goes to end of programe ?
