I have had damage caused by blow outs?

The damage is to the rear of both wheel arches both times ripping through the insulation into the van no service damage was occurred but indeed help on how to set about repairing the van underside also this caused the loss of the brackets for the Truman motor mover any help or direction would be gratefully received
