Mend Power Cut Remains

Dusk to dawn light permanenly on?

I have a dusk to dawn light. After a brief power cut it now remains on all of the time. Even if i switch it off at the switch!! Only way it goes off is if I flip the fuse on the fuseboard. Any ideas?

some of these sensors have a time unit that if you turn the switch off and on it latches on,and if you turn the swuitch off it reverts to automatic mode

yes it sounds like the sensor has latched personally I would switch it off for longer than 20 seconds probably several minutes
