Mend Damixa 190.01 Kitchen Mixer Plumbing

How do I tighten my tap?

My Damixa kitchen mixer tap has come loose on a ceramic sink and I can't see how you tighten it. All I can see underneath is a two part metal bracket with four bolt threads pointing downwards.
