Hello. My kitchen mixer tap is leaking from the base of the delivery nozzle. I can unscrew the collar which tightens it to the main block but can only lift the nozzle a couple of mm. Should it just pull up and out or is there a further retaining screw or suchlike? many thanks.
without knowing the exact model etc. i would think that the spout has to be in a specific position to extract it whilst turning the spout keep an upward pressure on it hope this helps
