Mend Qualcast Eclipse320 Rear Machine Loose

how can I fix the handle on qualcast,eclipse320 lawnmawer?

The pin holding the handle in place on the right hand side(when looking from the rear of the machine), is loose and will not hold the handle permanently in position?
