How can i stop Whirlpool Clean Touch Washer from shorting out?

What do you mean by "shorts out" ?

If the breaker or fuse "pops" because of a fault condition the chances are that it will happen repeatedly - any fault (electrical short) will not go away just because you've reset the breaker or changed the fuse.

It may well be that the circuit delivering power to your machine also supplies other high-current devices (electric kettle - dryer etc) and the combined effect causes the fuse to blow - as it should. An overload condition rather than a short.

It might be that the electrical insulation is breaking down somewhere in the house wiring or in the machine for which a qualified specialist will be needed to confirm.

My money is on the circuit overload.
