How do I fix the clock?

Rangemaster 110 dual cooker. Gas top is fully working as is the electric ovens however the clock is blank and making a random ticking noise???? Have tried pushing clock buttons but no response. We had been away for a week and came back to this. While we were away we had quite a strong Earthquake so wonder if something became loose. A few times the clock started but then gradually faded out to nothing and started this clicking noise. Any suggestions.
