Toyota D4d 2.0 1999 total powerloss at 2800rpm?

I have tryed to replace air, diesel, oil filters, have a full sevice (twice), drive with as high rpm as possible downhill for manny km, replace air measurer, cleened EGR valve, checked vacum hoses.

Where shoul I take the next step?
