LG washing machine stops after wash cycle?

LG WM 1814 starts and runs through the first wash cycle but then stops and will not drain. There is no error code.
If we empty the machine and run it on the quick cycle it then works.
Sometimes it will run on the quick cycle with a load but not always.
We have run diagnostics and there is no error code.
We replaced the hall sensor (6501KW2001A) and it still does not work.
All functions work fine, motor goes through wash cycle and spin cycle.
Inlet works fine
Cleaned the filter and drain hose
Pump works fine
We use HE laundry detergent
Occasionally, we have received an error code for an imbalanced load but everything ran fine when we took care of that issue.
Any suggestions as to what to check next?
