the panel is rubbish,but short out the tamper circuit,s if it then sets trace the error in tamper circuit

I have fitted an Accenta burglar alarm system and that is the message it is showing on the keypad. I have tested the tamper circuits and all seems OK. Could the panel be faulty?

tamper fault on what.Sensor,bell box,main unit?
Could also be wiring issue
