what I need to do?

I switch the power on the washing machine press set the control buttons for the wash and then press start after a few mins the program jumps from wash to the empty without rinse or spin. Each time I try to reset the program it keeps jumping back to the empty mode. The Zanussi Jetsystem Xc 1200 FJS 1255w
