How do i recover my Tel numbers?

My colour display has broken on my Nokia 7250 and all my phone numbers have been saved onto the phone memory and not my sim card. Is there any way I can retrieve them (as well as any saved photos). The phone is working apart from the display so hopefully the memory isn't affected. Many Thanks

There will be an option to copy memory from phone to SIM ..... you just need to remember the key presses to get there --- know anyone with the same phone or still got the handbook ???
