Mend BISSELL 9200-2 Brushes Checked Belt

Brushes don't turn?

The brushes don't turn on my Bisell Proheat 2x Model 9200-2. I checked the belt and it's not broken. I tried to take it apart but I just could not get to the mechanism that drives the belt (The belt itself, does not turn). Could you tell me how to do it; if you have a video it would be even better. Thank you.
