LCD TV red light Non-stop flashing when turn on?

My Kelvinator LCD TV's (Model No. KRL2228) switch on/off red light is non-stop flashing when I turn it on, it does not change to green light, so now I cannot watch TV at all. Please kindly tell me what could have happened? It shouldn't have problems since I bought it less than 4 years ago.
