Mend Evolution Hulk Engine Plate Changed

have evolution hulk, petrol engine plate compactor which does not start?

have petrol engine compactor - Evolution Hulk - which refuses to start. took to bits, that is changed oil, fresh fuel and cleaned plug and it started. Then stopped and hasn't shown any sign of life since. Is there anywhere to get this sort of thing serviced by someone who can set it up correctly?
