check main fuse at the switched spur feeding the electric to the boiler, also the pcb on the boiler will have a fast blow fuse, that could need replacing before replacing with a new pcb. hope this helps.

common fault is the ideal pcb. look on ebay there £70 new buy it from the stores looking at £180
