Mend Zanussi 1200 Going Straight Start

zannusi 1200 keeps going straight to end of programme , why?#?

my zannusi 1200 keeps skipping the whole programme when i start it up. the green light goes from "wash" to "end" in about 20 seconds , iit dont fill up wi water , can anyone help me?

does door lock?
Does it fill with water and is water on and inlet hose not kinked?
does the drain pump start up?.If not remove filter and check.also check drain pump impeller rotates freely.This may need the pump removing
Check the motor brushes and check the element insulation to earth value.Test kit required
