Briggs and Stratton 10hp turns over but won't run? ?

I've a briggs and Stratton 10hp, I've serviced it, changed plug, air filter, fuel filter. I've sanded down flywheel, checked the mag on the wheel. The engine is trying to turn over, starter motor kicks but the engine will not continue to run. I've checked for spark but seems like there's nothing. It has run but soon stopped and hasn't started since. So must have sparked that once. Any way I can check the coil is working or any other suggestions?
