My Aqualux 1000 washing machine will not drain?

My washing machine won't drain; it will carry out all of the functions, fill, wash, spin etc but will not empty. We have cleaned the filter and ensured that the hose is not blocked. We think the pump may be stuck. Anyone know how to access it?
