we have a zanussi progress 14oo hydrocare machine and we have an e20 code and have been told its the pump filter. can you tell me where the pump filter is
round bit at the bottom on the right as you look at the front of the machine.undo it anticlockwise.once filter removed shine a torch in to the filter housing and check the drain pump impeller rotates freely
