how can i fix my mondeo estate deisal 51 plate?

charging systems are alot more complicated nowadays,and ecu`s now control warning lights etc,but on fords there should be a fuse worth checking in the engine bay fuse box and the wiring loom down to the alternator may be worth checking out under the plastic outer sheathing.

you could be leaking fuel from injector or pump that is bridging wires and its making warning lights play up have seen it in the past worth a look
