the engine works fine and the blades move, but wen you put the blades to the hedge to cut, they hardly cut anything off, it hardly cuts and only manages to take a few leafs off.
Sharpen the blades then make sure that the bolts holding the blades together are tight enough, if they aren't this will cause a gap between the 2 blades and it will not cut
