how to fix bottom oven & display on a Necht AK800?

I recently bought this model oven from the internet, had it fitted on 24/03/2013 and it worked fine, until my wife turned on the bottom oven on yesterday 28/5/2013 and now the bottom oven & the display are not working, but the top oven works sound, can you help?
