Mend Toyota Carina E Started Battery Turn

how can i fix my car?

I have a 1996 Toyota Carina e. It has not been started for about 10 weeks. I charged the battery but it still will not even turn over. The alarm lights are flashing, but thats about it. Ive never had any problems with it before. can anyone help please.
