The caravan fridge does not work full sop?

Our fridge does not work on either gas, electric or battery. Wen u press the switch it keeps clicking, but nothing happens. My husband wants to take the fridge out, but doesn't know how to. I think the fridge is a rm212, but not sure, cuz the caravan is in storage. The caravan is a compass lynx 1997
