Hotpoint wmal661 stuck on long cicle?

same problem here.

A shit quality washer and when I call support they tell me its because its SOOO eco friendly...

bottom line its a pain in the ass piece of crap machine. Will just sit there stuck and never even empty the water on several of the cycles.
